My research examines insider behavior, securities regulation, and the relationship between firms and shareholders. I study how regulatory and legal changes shape corporate insiders' actions and influence shareholder behavior. I will be on the 2026 - 2027 academic job market with an expected graduation date in May 2027.

My dissertation investigates how the SEC's modernization of insider trading regulations affects stock donation behavior, documenting a deterrence of legitimate charitable giving. Other projects explore shareholder proposals, shareholder litigation, and firm communication with markets.
